Whom to be called as afull-fledged educated person…..?

January 5th, 2014: Education comprises of various phases of learning process.

1. Study(Adheethi)
2. Understanding(Bodha)
3. Implementation(aacharana)
4. Preaching (pracharam)

Adheethi  means the process of learning or studying. Bodhais understanding what he learnt or studied. Aacharana means following whatever principles he learnt and understood well. Pracharam means preaching the principles he was already following in his life. The man who analysed the subject is called a vidwaan. Persons who not only analysed the subject but also understood it will be called as vidwamsulu. A man who has analysed, understood and is practising the subject or principles in his life will be called as an upadhyaaya (teacher). If these four phases of education are successfully followed, then such a person be called a full-fledged or a complete educated. Only these people will be called as true sadgurus or holy saints. To honour such sadgurus and holy saints,the holy idiom “krishnamvandejagadgurum” was evolved in our Hindu puranas.
