Thanmantram brahmanadheenam, brahmanoyama daivatham

January 3rd, 2014: A lot of emphasis was made in our Vedas regarding the mantras chanted by Brahmins. Saints in Vedas described the way how the mantras chanted by Brahmins will be reached and implemented by the supreme Lord. But they stressed on the need for chanting the mantras with utmost clarity to the Brahmin community. The emphasis is laid on the stress levels and the tune of each mantra during pronunciation. Only if the chanting when done with utmost perfection by following all the principles will contribute to the wellbeing of the mankind.  If when pronounced incorrectly will be sinful to the seven generations of the priest family.
