Philosophical titbits:
January 3rd, 2014: Meditation is just by being aware of yourself…watch your thoughts. Be aware of your feelings. Observe yourself !! Now you may become aware of light patterns…super impose them over any distracting thoughts to be aware. Let the awareness then be directed into your hand as it becomes a pulsation of energy.
It will feel as though the blood is flowing down into it. Thus awareness shall grow as a living force within, stronger than outside pressures.
Let your thoughts come out of hiding. Don’t be carried away with them. If you mind wardess off, become aware again. observethose thoughts very carefully. Looking through the middle of your forehead, feel the fingers tingling.
As Awareness become more and more, ur your innerself awakes. Then, your insight grows to see errors. Be aware of them with the light of new knowledge.
