A sense of youthful Exuberance at TanishaYuva Mahotsav-2013

Krishna Dist January 01st, 2014:ChintaRavi Balakrishna along with team members and Kuchipudi exponent LasyaPranathi presenting concert at Kuchipudi in Krishna District on Saturday.

 

The concluding ceremony of the TanishaYuvaMahotsav 2013 had witnessed an overwhelming dance performances from the budding artists . This gave the event an excellent finishing touch with some of the best performances from these young and upcoming participants in the dance and music.

The promising talented dancers displayed remarkable exuberance both in footwork and expressions and vocal talents. Visakhapatnam-based Sri SaiSaketha’s solo performance was essayed well in presentation. Hyderabad’s M. Surendranath team – SaiChandrika, LasyaPranathi and Haripriya- left the connoisseurs’ in delight. This group of four performed Siva Tandavam. PanditBhismillah Khan YivaParaskaariChinta Ravi Balakrishna and his team made their successful attempt at presenting their newly composed Raagas on Lord Ganesha.

Chinta Surya Prasash and P. Anjaneyulu lent support on Mrudangam and Violin for the live vocal concert.

The second day’s festival of the dance was dedicated to Kuchipudi Maestro PasumarthiVenugopala Krishna and a special award on his name was presented to NatyacharyaVedantamRadheShyam. AkhilaBharataKuchipudiNatyakalaMandali, Kuchipudi Secretary PasumarthiKesava Prasad told newsmen that performances such as Odissi, Bharatanatyam, Manipuri and Mohiniyattam were the key attraction on the last day of the festival on Sunday.
