Visakhapatnam, October 20, 2013: A week-long course in ‘Inner Engineering’, a unique system of meditation developed by Isha Foundation established by Sadguru Jaggi Vasudev, will be offered from October 23 (Wednesday) at Andhra Chamber of Commerce beside Chandana Grand showroom.

The open-to-all introductory talk will be presented from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. on Wednesday and classes would commence immediately after the talk. From October 24 to 29, the course will be offered in three sessions (6 a.m. to 9 a.m., 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.).
