Tiruchi, October 16, 2013: A book on the temple history of Sri Naganathaswami Temple in Tiruchi city ( sthala varalaru ) was released at a function held here on Monday. R.Manoharan, MLA and chief whip of the ruling party in the Assembly, released the book and the first copy was received by Balasubramania Sivachariar. The book brought out by Agasthiar Publications describes the importance of Sri Naganathaswami Temple and the significance of offering worship to the presiding deity on specific occasions. It also describes, with a map of the temple, the locations of all shrines in the temple complex. S.Gopalakrishnan and G.Girish, Agasthiar Publications, and Gopalakrishnan, industrialist, were present.
