Bathukamma in Khammam
Khammam, October 14, 2013: A woman devotee releasing Bathukamma into Munneru river in Khammam on Saturday. Immersion of colourfully decorated Bathukammas amid singing of traditional songs in praise of goddess Gauri marked the culmination of the nine-day Batukamma festivities.
