Indore, October 10, 2013: The Congress has filed a complaint with the District Election Officer demanding registration of a case against Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj for allegedly violating the Model Code of Conduct by wearing clothes associated with a particular religion. The complaint, filed by Madhya Pradesh Congress spokesman Narendra Saluja, said Ms. Swaraj wore “a mukut, chunri and trishul ” (crown, shoulder garment and trident) at a women’s cell programme of the BJP at Mhow near here on Tuesday.
