Palakkad, October 3, 2013: To clear the rush of passengers during Dussehra holidays, special trains will be operated between Kochuveli and Bangalore City.

Train number 06314 Kochuveli - Bangalore City special train will run on Thursdays (October 3, 17, and 31).

This train will leave Kochuveli at 8.15 p.m. on Thursdays and will reach Bangalore City at 1.50 p.m. on Fridays, a Railway release said here on Wednesday. In the return direction, train 06313 Bangalore City-Kochuveli special will run on Fridays (October 4 and 18). The train will leave Bangalore City at 3.20 p.m. and reach Kochuveli at 10.30 a.m. the next day.

Coaches

The train will have one two-tier AC, two three-tier AC, four sleeper class, six second class chair car, four general second class, and two luggage-cum-brake vans.

Stops

These trains will stop at Kollam, Kayamkulam, Mavelikara, Chengannur, Thiruvalla, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrissur, Palakkad, Coimbatore, Tirupur, Erode, Salem, Dharmapuri, Hosur, and Bangalore Cantonment, the release said.
