Vizianagaram, September 25, 2013: The ceremonial pole (Sirimaanu) for the annual ‘Sirimaanotsavam’ of Sri Pydithalli Ammavari jaatara, scheduled to be performed on October 22, has been identified in the field of Palla Ramu of Duppada village in Vizianagaram mandal. The 60-feet-long tree would be felled after performing puja on October 9, said P.V.A.V.S. Bhanu Raja, Executive Officer of Sri Pydithalli Ammavari Devasthanam.
