Kurnool, September 15, 2013: Over 500 Ganesh idols installed and being worshipped in different localities across the city will be immersed in KC canal at Vinayak Ghat on September 17.

Organisers of Ganesh Utsav Kendra Samithi, K. Kapileswaraiah and K. Kistanna, said the rallies would start from three places in the city.

The first rally will start at Rambotla temple. Leaders, officials and VHP functionaries will take part in the immersion programme. They appealed to the public to extend their cooperation for the peaceful conduct of the festival.
