Ghajiabad, September 10, 2013: A notice has been served on incarcerated self-styled godman Asaram Bapu’s ashram here by Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam for non-payment of property tax, water bills and sewer tax. The civic agency, which served the notice last month, is now considering slapping another “demand bill” on the ashram on Tuesday for the bill totalling Rs. 5.86 lakh.
