Bangalore, September 6, 2013: In view of Gowri Ganesh festival, Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) will ply additional buses to various destinations between September 6 and September 8. Due to metro work and space congestion at Kempegowda Bus Station, arrangements have been made to operate additional bus services with advance booking facility from various pickup points across Bangalore. These services will be operated from Vijayanagar TTMC, Navarang, Mysore Satellite Bus Station, Banashankari TTMC, Malleswaram 18th Cross, Jayanagar 4th Block and Ganga Nagar. Passengers with advance reservation may board buses from boarding points mentioned in the ticket. Further, KSRTC will operate unreserved and additional bus services from Kempegowda Bus Station to various destinations. Buses to Shimoga without reservation will be operated from BMTC Service Road, the release added
