Hyderabad, September 3, 2013: The Rotary Club of Greater Hyderabad would provide more than 15,000 clay Ganesh idols in different locations in the city with a focus on Kukatpally area.

In a press release issued here, the club said idol distribution would be at stalls at various points and many schools, clubs and other organisations were keen on taking them towards motivating pollution-free celebrations. The aim of the initiative was to discourage use of plastic/PoP material and also avoid chemical pollution by using clay idols and natural pooja material.

The sale points include Bhagath Singh Nagar, Phase 1 (98481 13683), HMT Hills (9440642996 & 23052020), Pragathi Nagar (97034 45343), Bhagya Nagar Colony (9985500752), KPHB (9966772808), Malkajgiri (78421 55417) and Doolapally/Kompally (92462 12912).
