Madurai, September 3, 2013: The Tamil Nadu Handicrafts Development Corporation is organising ‘Ganapathi darshan’ exhibition in connection with Vinayakar Chathurti at its Poompuhar showroom on West Veli Street. It will have a display of Ganesha idols made of plaster of paris, clay, bronze and brass. Tanjore paintings, silk paintings, idols made of stone and granite, gemstones, sandalwood carvings, Kondapalli and Marapachchi dolls will also be on sale. The exhibition will be open till September 14, excluding Sundays.
