Dindigul, August 19, 2013: A sum of Rs.20 lakh was given by Nadar Mahajana Sangam to the Thiruppani Committee for construction of Sri Abirami Amman Temple in the town here on Sunday. In the first phase, it has contributed Rs.10 lakh. The old temple had been demolished and a new temple is being constructed in the same place near Clock Tower in Dindigul town.
