4 Gold Kalasams Burgled from Temple
Tuticorin, August 9, 2013: Four gold-plated ‘kalasams’ atop Bathirakaliamman Temple at Milavittan were reportedly stolen on Tuesday night. The ‘kalasmams’were worth Rs. 60,000, according to the complainant, P. Thangachami (74) of South Street, Milavittan. Sipcot Police have registered a case on Wednesday and are investigating.
