Guntur, August 6, 2013: Music aficionados of Guntur had a taste of legendary Carnatic music composer and former Maharaja of state of Travancore Swati Tirunal’s compositions, when Madabhushi Vendanta Narasimhacharyulu rendered them at a concert here on Sunday.

Being the 200{+t}{+h}birth anniversary year of Swati Tirunal, the composer was remembered with another two compositions: they included “Sarasaksha” in Pantuvarali , and a Tilllana in Dhanasri raga.
