Sirsi, August 6, 2013: Yakshagana Bhagwata Ganapati Bhat and mrudangam artiste A.P.Pathak were felicitated recently at a programme held at Sirsi TMS Hall under the auspices of Kalkura Foundation Mangalore.

The programme was organised on the 75{+t}{+h}birth anniversary of noted Yakshagana artiste late Shambhu Hegde Keremane. MLA Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri, who inaugurated the programme, said the contribution of Keremane family to Yakshagana was invaluable.

Foundation president Pradeep Kumar Kalkura, G.K. Bhat Seraje, Vidwan Umakant Bhat, journalist Ashok Hasyagar, and KDCC bank director N.P. Gaonkar spoke.
