Palakkad, August 6, 2013: Palghat Fine Arts Society will organise a Carnatic music concert by G. Ravikiran (Vocal); T.H. Subramniam (Violin); Nanjil A.R. Arul (Mridamgam), and Vazhapally Krishnakumar (Ghatom), at the society auditorium, Tharekkad, on August 18 at 5.30 p.m.

Mr. Ravikumar is an acclaimed musician who has been exposed to Carnatic music from a very young age.

He got training from Sangeetha Kalanidhi R.K. Srikantan and reputed musician T.M. Krishna. Many awards have come his way, including the ‘Best Male Vocalist’ award from Gayana Samaja of Bangalore.
