Youngsters Urged to Emulate Vivekananda
Srikakulam, August 5, 2013: Swami Vivekananda’s 150th birth anniversary celebrations’ committee chairman K. Ammannaidu and Secretary J. Srinivasa Rao have asked youngsters to study the life and works of Vivekananda.
They were speaking after launch ‘Intintiki Swami Vivekananda’ after garlanding his statue near Surya Mahal junction on Sunday.
Over one lakh portraits of Vivekananda and pamphlets highlighting his achievements would be distributed to every household in Srikakulam to disseminate his ideology.
Mr. Srinivasa Rao said the programme would continue till August 18.
