Murder at Tirumala

 

 

Tirumala, August 1, 2013: The tranquillity of the famous temple town was shattered on Wednesday when the police found a man murdered at Tirumala. According to the police the incident is believed to have taken place on Tuesday night in the vicinity of the Papavinasanam road. The incident came to light in the morning when the on-duty TTD garden personnel noticed the corpse lying in the bushes at one of the gardens and immediately informed the police. The police identified the deceased as Venkateswara rao (42) native of Ongole eking out his livelihood as a hawker for the past few years atop the town. The police have registered a case and the investigation is on.
