Coimbatore, July 25, 2013: A temple constructed on encroached private land at Ganapathy near here was demolished on Wednesday by the Coimbatore Corporation officials. Police protection was provided to them.

According to official sources, land worth Rs. 2 crore was recovered and restored to its owners. The land had been fenced off now. A case been registered .
