Special Rudram, Mahanyasa pooja, Abhishekam performed
Special ‘Rudram’, ‘Mahanyasa pujai’, and ‘abhishekam’ were performed to the idols of Sri Paramacharya and Adi Sankarar at Mahendramangalam near Thottiyam on Wednesday to mark the ‘avatara tirunakhatram’ (birthday) of Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamigal, pontiff of Kanchi Mutt.
