Devotee Dies of Cardiac Arrest at Tirumala

 

Tirumala, July 23, 2013: A devotee, who had come on a pilgrimage to Tirumala, died on Monday when he suffered a massive heart attack while waiting in one of the compartments at the second Vaikuntam queue complex. The deceased, who was accompanied by his family members, was identified as Pakir Swamy (70), of Dindivanam village in Villupuram district in Tamil Nadu. As a token of humanity, the TTD management arranged for free transportation for the pilgrim party to return to their village.
