Dalai Lama Visits Mundgod Tibetan Camp

Sirsi, July 19, 2013: The Dalai Lama arrived at the Mundgod Tibetan camp on Wednesday. Deputy Commissioner Inkanglo Jameer welcomed him on behalf of Uttara Kannada. Thousands of lamas, monks and Tibetans welcomed him. Among those present on the occasion were Superintendent of Police R. Dileep, Sirsi AC Raju.Mogaveer, Deputy Superintendent P.N.D. Birje and tahsildar B.R. Patil.
