Bharatanatyam & Vocal Concert Programme

Mangalore, July 19, 2013: The Ragadhana Udupi will hold a Bharatanatyam and vocal concert programme on July 20 and 21. The programmes are being held as a part of the organisation’s Raga Rajatha Darbar Malika. On Saturday, Deepak Kumar and Preethi kala Puthur will perform Bharatanatyam at the Geetha Mandir in Manipal at 6 p.m. On Sunday there will be vocal recital by Mahesh M.S. at the house of Balachandra Kedilaya in Golikatte Nerya at 5 p.m. For more details call 9964140601.

GURUPOORNIMA CELEBRATIONS

Ramakrishna Math will celebrate Guru Poornima on Monday at the math premises off the Mangaladevi Temple Road. The programmes will start at 9.30 a.m. with a special pooja which will be followed by discourse on spiritual topics. The programmes will end by 12.30 p.m. For more details contact 2414412.

KMC ALLERGY CAMP

The Department of Pulmonary Medicine of KMC Hospital, Attavar, will be conducting a three-day screening camp for allergy and chest diseases until July 20. The screening will be done between 9.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. People with problems because of repeated cough, asthma, wheezing can attend the camp.
