200 Study Kits Distributed in State-Run Schools by Patanjali Yogasamithi

Tirupati, july 19, 2013: Study kits have been distributed to 200 students of State-run schools in Chinnagottigallu, Gandlapalle and Edhalacheruvupalle of Chittoor district by Patanjali Yogsamithi and Bharat Swabhiman Trust (PYS-BST) on Thursday.

Notebooks, geometry boxes, pencils and other stationery items were given to the students. Yogsamithi president Kailash Singh Purohit lauded the efforts of principals and teachers in bringing the children under one roof.

Explaining the importance of ‘Pranayama’, yoga instructor Thangaraj taught few easy yogasanas to the students. Chinnagottigallu MEO M.Ananda Reddy, School Committee President Muniratnam, ICDS Project Officer Naga Sailaja took part.
