Kadapa, July 17, 2013: Burglars broke into three temples in Veparala village in Mylavaram mandal in Kadapa district in the early hours of Tuesday and stole silver ornaments of the presiding deities and hundi proceeds. They struck Sri Chowdeswari temple, Sri Sivalayam and Sri Venkateswara Swamy temples and stole silver ornaments worth Rs. 90,000 besides hundi collections, police said.
