Flood Waters Percolate into Temple

Srikakulam, July 17, 2013: Special prayers were offered at Sri Neelakanteswara temple at Patapatnam on Tuesday even as Sivalingam was submerged in water.

The flood waters of Mahendra Tanaya entered the sanctum sanctorum of the temple. Devotees strongly believe that there is a hidden connection from Mahendra Tanaya river to the temple premises. Priest Bujji said devotees would continue prayers in the temple.
