ISKCON Heritage Fest Comes to an End

Hubli, July 15, 2013: The twelve-day International Society of Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) Heritage Fest, in which over 15,000 school children from Hubli-Dharwad participated, concluded here on Saturday.

Organised by the Hubli-Dharwad unit of ISKCON, the heritage fest began on July 1, with students participating in 30 different events. On the final day, the temple hall and cultural hall of ISKCON Temple turned into a veritable canvas of colours with students depicting different shades of festivals through rangolis.

Around 300 medals and over 50 trophies were up for grabs during the event apart from the rolling trophy for the school with best overall performance.
