July 14, 2013: Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) is the only private hospital in Krishna district authorised to issue ‘compulsory health certificate’ to pilgrims visiting Amarnath shrine, hospital’s medical director M.Y. Naidu has said.

In a statement on Saturday, he said a medical board was constituted in KIMS hospital as per the guidelines issued by the Director of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh, for the purpose.
