Gaya Terror Attacks Denounced

Bidar, July 9, 2013: Various organisations took out a protest march here on Monday, condemning the Bodh Gaya serial blasts.

Members of the Buddhist Society of India, Bharatiya Buddha Mahasabha, Buddhist Cultural and Literary Organisation, International Buddhist Monks Charitable Trust and Dalit Sangharsh Samiti took out a silent march through the main roads of the city. They submitted a memorandum addressed to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh requesting him to order a high-level inquiry into the terror attack. Members of the Bajrang Dal also staged a protest and burnt an effigy outside the Deputy Commissioner’s office. They too urged the government to conduct a high-level inquiry into the attack. — Special Correspondent
