Hyderabad, July 4, 2013: The government will make arrangements for conducting Bonalu festival in and around Hyderabad from July 11 to August 5 and not as erroneously mentioned in a report published in these columns on Thursday with the headline ‘Bonalu from June 10’.

Major Industries Minister J. Geetha Reddy said the festival would be launched at Golconda on July 11 and Secunderabad (Ujjain temple) on July 28.

The festival will conclude on August 5 after celebrations at Lal Darwaja on the previous day.
