Dehradun, July 4, 2013: The task of providing help to people affected by the heavy floods in Uttarakhand went into top gear on Wednesday as helicopters and trucks rushed relief material to beat heavy rains forecast for the State. Trucks carrying relief material are unloaded at five nodal points — Goachar, Karnaprayag, Joshimath, Gopeshwar and Gwaldam — from where it was being dispatched in choppers to affected areas.
