Guntur, June 29, 2013: The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) will be organising ‘Mana Gudi’ programme on August 21 and it will be preceded by ‘Kunkuma puja in 108 temples on August 12, ‘Gopuja’ on August 14, ‘Varalakshmi Vratam’ on August 16 and ‘Satyanarayana Vratam’ on August 17. In a meeting held at TTD Kalyanamandapam here on Friday, TTD’s Dharma Prachara Parishad (DPP) district chairman T. Murali Mohan and coordinator B. Durgeswara Prasad said necessary arrangements were being made for the programmes and temples were getting spruced up for the rituals.

The programmes are aimed at protecting the Hindu culture and traditions. DPP district office-bearers T. Purnaiah, Prasad, Ch. Srinivasa Rao, T.S. Dakshina Murthy Sastry, T. Srinivasa Rao and others participated.
