In the second phase, we will establish the Samraksha relief camp in Haridwar for rescue and post-rescue tasks. We will provide temporary shelter and relief material. In the third phase, we will adopt as many as three worst flood-hit villages and revamp them. This would take place with the help of various donors,” Subudhendra Teertha said. Officer G.
