Tirumala, June 7:

The officials of various departments of TTD including Vigilance, Annaprasadam and Health departments under the direction of Tirumala JEO Sri KS Srinivasa Raju provided all sort of facilities including food, buttermilk, water etc. to the multitude of visiting pilgrims in Tirumala on Friday.

As the summer vacation is coming to an end, the week end pilgrim rush to Tirumala increased by many folds, especially the foot path pilgrims number increased to a large extent. All the queue lines including Rs.300, free darshan and foot path spread to over 2km outside the compartments on Friday.

The officials of TTD made all arrangements to see that the pilgrims are not put to inconvenience due to long waiting hours.

Break Fast, food, buttermilk, water, tea, snacks have been supplied to the pilgrims waiting in queue lines with the help of Srivari Seva volunteers at regular intervals in an effective manner.
