TIRUPATI  March 27, 2014: The six-day event of 511th Annamacharya Vardanthi Mahotsavams commenced in at Annamacharya Kalamandir in Tirupati on Thursday with the events of “Dinamu Dwadasi” and “Sapthagiri Sankeertana Gosthi Ganam.

TTD has distributed Annaprasadams to the devotees who attended the programme in Tirupati in the afternoon.

Earlier in the day, the artistes of Annamacharya Project performed “Sankeertana Puja” by 8am while Smt J Krishna Kumari rendered Harikatha on Sri Venkateswara Sakshatkara Vaibhavam. There are special cultural programmes even in Mahati Kalakshetram to enthrall the denizens.
