Many young women suffer from dysmenorrhoea, acne, anorexia. Here by consuming til seeds &Guud for 120 days helps in dysmenorrhoea. Ashokarista, Kumariasav, Satavari helps. For Acne herbal face packs, consume proper qty. water, vegetable juices, salads helps. In Anorexia take pepper, Ajwain (vamu) sonthi with first morsel for 120 days. Take 3-5 gm Triphala with honey 1 hr before food 2 times a day for 4-6 months.  Consuming herbal tea with Dalchini, Elachi, Tulasi and Mint leaves without sugar & milk helps a lot.

Anaemia: Is the other name for woman. There is a pigment in blood called Haemoglobin that gives red colour to blood. It is Oxygen carrier to all cells through circulation. Low Hb is called Anaemia. Indian woman Hb N range: 11-14%, man: 14-18%. For anaemia Wheat Grass 5 gm 2 times a day with honey for 120 days, Triphala 5 gm 2 times a day with honey for 120 days improves haemoglobin picture rapidly. Khajoor daily 3-4, Kismis 8-10 daily for 120 days helps a lot in correcting anemia. Alternatively 2 medium carrots, half mashed apple with 100 ml water with pulp, 10 gm honey daily for 120 days improves blood picture very impressively.

Natural Remedies:

Satavari 5 gm, with Honey. Aloe vera Juice 30 ml Asoka rista 30 ml 2 times a day morning & evening on empty stomach. Consuming Til seeds, guud, fresh coconut daily coupled with Yogasanas for 120 days treat all Gyneac problems. Consuming Vegetable Juice, taking 4-5 almonds, 8-10 Kismis, 2-3 Khajoor and 10 Soya seeds for 120 days normalizes all hormonal imbalances. Skipping on empty stomach for 20 min daily helps a lot. Have breakfast before 9 AM.

Lifestyle: Deep breathing for 20 min. brisk walking for 15-20 min, consuming 3-4 Lts. of water. Taking proper snana with water twice using AHBP daily helps a lot. Avoid NV food after 30 yrs. Take dinner before 8 PM. Have Abhyanganam 2 times/ week. Weekly enema for malasuddhi.Phalopavasa weekly for 1 or 2 days.Padaabhyangana daily with KarpooraTailam&til Oil.
