March 07, 2014: Mainly there are 2 categories of executives, Desk executive and field executive. Today we are going to learn about both mostly about desk confining executives. Executives are again 3 groups Top, middle and entry level. Higher the level of the executive more the problems he/ she faces.
Globally the executives are in the most productive age group viz. 22 - 72 yrs depending upon the skills, specialization, contribution, achievements. They can make or mar any organization. Among 4 vital inputs - Finance, Product, HR & Admin. Any professional org. put HR at the top for success/ failure of an org. therefore their physical, mental agility is very vital for any growth oriented org. Hence their overall health (wellness) is vital in its logical journey to its planned destiny.
Executives are brain workers having little physical exertion. Causes many health related problems both physical/mental 4 main reasons are. Hurry-Worry Curry-Burry
Hurry: Is mainly because of mental attitude and lack of prior planning in daily functioning. This is also due to lack of mental maturity in assessing situations, other people. This is mended with professional help, guidance. Yoga & Dhyana helps a lot to overcome hurry. Your lifestyle covering your food, exercise, sleep and attitude towards external stimuli. Hurry can be a habit so you can shed it with olision and with professional help. Veg food helps a lot.
Worry: Mostly an off shoot of Hurry. Most of the times the worry will not have any basis & is because of exaggerated imagination may be due to phobias, situations, stress, strain both physical & mental, improper PR. Loses - financial, personal etc. strained family relations. No proper occupation.
Curry: Is another imp. Point for all executives. Because you are what you eat. Science says if you want to be healthy, eat less. More so with executives who have more mental but very little physical activity? If you want to be healthy eat less (mitaharam) have 2 or 3 small nutritious meals avoided table meal & idiot box. Night meal should with 2 hrs after Sun set

Dinacharya: Wake up in Brahma Muhurtha- 2 Hr before Sunrise. Sit in the bed stretch for 3 - 4 min. Imagine good day ahead. Drink about 1 Lt . Water kept overnight in a clean copper vessel with 2-3 Tulsi leaves. Walk for 15 min visit toilet. Go for 20 min brisk walk jog, outdoor game, swim, Cycling, Skipping. Consume 1 Lt warm water and visit toilet again. Take 120 ml herbal tea + honey. Suryanamaskaras for 12 min consume 2 Khajoor, 2 Badam and 10 Kismis and 100 ml cow milk Honey, pepper & Aswagandha Churna by 7 AM
Massage warm Til Oil on body for 10 min . Take warm water bath using Aromatic Herbal Bath Powder for 10 min. Scrub all the body Don't mix home & office work spend daily 1-2 hrs with family members happily, spend out doors with family every week, watch hilarious programmes for 1 hr/ day, read hilarious books
Weekly Malasuddhi: Clean your bowels every week with hot water enema, eat only fruits for 24 hrs/ week. Consume 3-4 lts warm water for 1 day a week
Attend social gatherings, develop absorbing hobby, help colleagues, neighbours, relatives if possible, do charity regularly to give you satisfaction, visit places with family 2-3 times/ yr
Avoid 4 white poisons Salt, Sugar, Maida, Polished rice, oily, spicy food, bakery, tinned food, NV & Alcohol, pills. Have good sleep for 6-7 hrs from 11PM-6 AM daily ideal time is 9pm-4am, have cordial relations with spouse and children as they are the shock absorbers
