What is Abhyanganam?
It like servicing your body like any machine & automobile or gadget for better functioning and longevity. Abhyanganam is in vogue for ages in ancient societies like India, China, Egypt etc.
Who needs Abhyanganam?
Everybody from birth till the end. In fact in our culture parents give Abhyanganam daily to children from birth to the age of 3-4 yrs. Later twice a week till 12 yrs age later weekly once. But taking twice/ week are ideal.
From the age of 40 yrs taking thrice/week will be a great help till about 70 yrs later weekly twice/once has to be continued as per the convenience. This is very essential for both sex and all age groups for healthy life in all stages.
What is the procedure?
Getup 1 hr before Sunrise drink 3-4 glasses warm water repeat after 20 min visit toilet. Then apply 4-6 spoons warm gingly oil all over body, scalp massage for 20 min thoroughly expose to morning Sun for 30 min
Then take bath with herbal shampoos for hair & moong powder/ herbal bath powder for body. Avoid soaps at any cost. Then dry the hair using Sambrani fumes for 5-7 min. relax for a while take light food. This needs about 2 hrs. (5-7 AM).
